Recipe
2 pints elderflowers. About 60 florets
5 Lemons, 2 large, 3 medium
Cup of tea, stewed for 0.5 hours
1.5 kettles of boiling water
2kg sugar
Remnants of 2 honey squeezy bottles
Top up to 12 pints
Teaspoon yeast
Leave in brew bucket for 7 days

Elderflowers harvested from Lane to Eastbridge, with additional from return home from Sizewell
Didn't measure gravity. Will be adding more water when transferred to demi john
